Honestly at first I was nervous coming into an mma gym but everyone is so nice and offer helped when I needed help the sign up is very easy and the owner explain the contract well and I love how affordable it is to train here, his training is very well thought out and he breaks down everything in detail and explains very well and he will make sure you have fun and are safe throughout your time here
