I signed my then-11-year-old, who is now 12 years old. The bullying that my son faced at school and his lack of confidence were tough times. It is the first time that my son has participated in any sport. My son has been training in Muay Thai and BJJ for a few months now, and I must say that I have noticed a significant difference in him. His attitude is positive and his confidence is growing. School is fine. The professor believes in his team, is very dedicated, and is passionate about what he teaches. Very honest. My 9 y/o son and I joined in August. Here, we get to train together, which is a lot of fun and a unique experience. Professor, coaches, and classmates are great. Do the Muay Thai and BJJ classes back-to-back for an intense 2 hr workout. Been shedding weight since I started.

I just can said the I just star in the team and for this days the I be in class , me myself feel more confident and I think it’s a good place to learn how to feel secure with ur own and it’s a good people they treat you like family.
